Adrenaline pumping through your blood stream,
gnash your teeth and clench your fist,
you gasp for breath in nervous fits

Planes crash down all around you
as you try to dream of sheep,
but all the sheep turned into wolves
and trapped you deep inside the woods.
It is hard to manage pleasant thoughts
while being torn apart,
but it is just a dream
and there is no reason for concern,
no, there is no reason for concern.
Close your eyes and drift away.

If you are prepared for disaster,

Take off your helmet and your knee-pads,
climb out from underneath your desk,
the sirens you heard were only a test.

If this had been an emergency,
you would be flailing through the streets
screaming bloody murder
and tearing your hair out by the fist.
You would lose all sense of direction
wandering naked through the park.
The police would find you to tell you
that this was all a false alarm,
yes, this was all a false alarm.
There is no danger to be found.
